Frequency Electronics Names New Director >March 12, 1999--Frequency Electronics is pleased to announce that Admiral S. Robert Foley (U.S. Navy , Retired) has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective March 12, 1999. After his distinguished naval career, Admiral Foley was appointed Assistant Secretary of Energy for Defense Programs in the Department of Energy. He then joined ICF Kaiser Engineers as President of the company's Advanced Technology Group. In 1991 he accepted the position of Vice President of Raytheon International, Inc. Admiral Foley returned to the U.S. in 1998 and will continue to assist Raytheon as a senior Advisor. He is also a Director of URS, San Francisco based engineering company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

March 12, 1999-FREQUENCY ELECTRONICS NAMES NEW OFFICERS
At its Board of Directors meeting on March 12, 1999, Frequency Electronics announced that Markus Hechler who was serving as Vice President for Production, has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Company. Also, Thomas McClelland, who was Director of the Company's hybrid laboratories has been appointed Vice President for Commercial Products.
