Frequency Electronics announces agreement with the Motorola Corporation >April 29, 1999-Frequency Electronics, Inc. (FEI), announced today that the company has signed a long-term agreement with the Motorola Corporation for various Rubidium synchronization equipments used in wireless communications systems. The total value of this agreement should exceed $20 million over the next 24 months. In making this announcement, General Joseph P. Franklin, Chairman of the Board stated: "This is the first multi-year agreement for our Rubidium synchronization product line, and we are very pleased to have established this relationship."
