Frequency Electronics Announces $1 Million Order >Nov. 15, 1999 - Frequency Electronics, Inc. (FEI-AMEX) announced today that the Company has received an order for approximately $1 million of its generic DC/DC converters (EPC's- Electronic Power Converters) for use by the Government of India in its satellite programs. Martin Bloch, President of FEI said: "We are pleased by this initial order for a generic product we have developed for the space industry. The significance of this order is that it is an early confirmation of our belief that satellite builders will utilize more generic products and systems, which offer established reliability, shorter cycle time and lower cost."
